The iimproof workcommunity is coordinated by Egon Hus (director/owner iimproof). The workcommunity consists of a growing number of associates with whom frequent meetings are organized. The goal of these meetings is to exchange knowledge and to consistently increase the level of professionalism, in an atmosphere of fellowship. Our common goal is to contribute to the happiness of people, by leveraging their natural talents to the most. For themselves, for the teams they are a part of or are responsible for and for the organizations they work for.

The province Le Marche is relatively unknown and has no large scale tourism. The authenticity is heartening and it's location in between the Adriatic coast and the extensions of the Apennine mountains, provides plenty of opportunities for excursions.

The group program succeeds as there is time to take a step back from day-to-day life with enough privacy and comfort to process everything. Therefore, depending on the number of participants in a group, we also combine our facilities with a nearby located Agriturismo 'La Perla'.
